Ramy Sidhom
Head of PNC Aviation Finance
Ramy Sidhom serves as the Head of Aviation for PNC Aviation Finance. He resides in Pittsburgh, PA, where he most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for PNC Equipment Finance. Ramy joined PNC in 2008, where he has held various leadership roles within the bank, including in the broker dealer, risk and equipment finance areas. Prior to PNC, he worked for Bank of New York Mellon for 11 years in Treasury Management, Finance and Asset Management/Custody. He earned a bachelors and masters in business administration from Robert Morris University.

Keith Hayes
National Sales Manager
Keith Hayes is senior vice president and national sales manager of PNC Aviation Finance. Prior to joining PNC Aviation Finance in 2017, Keith was with Regions Bank, BB&T and GE Capital for 27 years where he held numerous leadership roles across different business lines, including the last 8 years as national sales manager for GE Capital Corporate Aircraft Finance. Keith holds a B.A. in business administration and a MIS degree from the University of North Florida.
Luci Johnson
Operations, Documentation & Servicing Manager
Luci Johnson is senior vice president and operations, documentation and servicing manager for PNC Aviation Finance. She manages a team of experienced professionals who are responsible for documenting, funding and servicing aircraft transactions for all PNC Aviation Finance clients. She has twenty two years of lending experience with 16 years of it dedicated to the aviation industry. She has extensive experience in legal due diligence, processing and documentation of aircraft transactions, aircraft title and registrations matters, as well as issues arising under the Cape Town Convention. She holds a bachelor of business administration with a minor in Spanish from Idaho State University. She currently resides in Boise, ID.

Matt Siedenstrang
Underwriting
Matt Siedenstrang has 25 years of bank credit and underwriting experience with 15 of those at PNC Aviation Finance. He manages a team of specialized underwriters who blend the subtleties of aviation lending with solid credit skills. Matt is a native Idahoan and earned his BBA from Idaho State University in Marketing and Finance.

Ellen Pellegrino
Credit Officer
Ellen Pellegrino has in excess of 30 years of leadership experience in credit and risk management. She led the PNC Aviation Finance credit risk function where she was responsible for the overall strategy, underwriting and portfolio management for 10+ years. She was previously the chief credit officer for Aviation Finance Group, LLC of Boise, Idaho, which was acquired by PNC in 2004. She held various credit and commercial lending management positions at Fleet Bank, N.A. and predecessors in Connecticut. Ms. Pellegrino holds a B.S. in business administration from Providence College, Providence, Rhode Island. She currently resides in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

Rachel Skogsberg
Marketing & Sales Support Manager
Rachel Skogsberg has been the marketing manager for PNC Aviation Finance since 2013, based out of the corporate office in Boise, Idaho. Prior to this role, she held roles in business development and marketing for several large corporations. She holds a B.A. in communication from North Carolina State University with a concentration in public relations and a M.A. in entertainment arts management. When not planning events and scheduling e-blasts, you will find Rachel on a beach whenever possible.

Wendy Preston
Head of Asset Management
Wendy Preston is senior vice president and aviation asset manager of PNC Aviation Finance. Prior to joining PNC Aviation Finance in 2022, Wendy was with the Global Corporate Aircraft Finance Group at Banc of America Leasing & Capital for 22 years where she held numerous positions within the Global Corporate Aircraft Finance group, including the last 4 years as the aviation asset manager. Wendy holds a B.A. from California State University, San Bernardino and is an A.S.A. accredited senior aircraft appraiser.
