Richard Karich

Sr. Vice President & Managing Director

PNC Vendor Finance


Richard Karich is Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Construction, Industrial, and Transportation Group within the PNC Vendor Finance organization. He oversees new business development, sales, program management, and marketing for manufacturer partner programs. Karich is also responsible for the management of the Structured Finance group.

Karich joined PNC in 2014 through the acquisition of ECN Capital and has over three decades of experience in the industry. He was awarded the Vendor Finance Salesman of the Year in 2019 and the C&IB Sales Excellence Award in 2020.

Karich received his bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business.

Kathy Boucher

Vice President, National Sales Manager

PNC Vendor Finance


Kathy Boucher is a Vice President and National Sales Manager within the PNC Vendor Finance organization. She oversees Transportation programs and is responsible for managing outside sales staff.

Boucher joined PNC in 2017 and has over three decades of experience in the industry. Prior to joining PNC, she managed federal, state, and city grants for seaport transportation replacement programs in various United States ports.

Boucher holds a bachelor’s degree from National University in Finance and Business Administration.
